Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales initiatives under the direction of the local Account Manager.
- Oversee projects related to marketing materials, including creation, organization, and delivery.
- Strategically plan sales calls, outlining objectives and action steps.
- Participate in customer calls to answer questions and assist with sales.
- Perform customer outreach calls to follow up on product delivery and answer additional questions.
- Respond to customer requests and problems with timely and professional concern.
- Prepare materials for conferences, meetings, and events.
- Assist with pre-presentation activities, such as tabbing books and setting up displays.
- Maintain records, prepare forms, and resolve routine problems.
- Provide general administrative assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- K-12 classroom or curriculum experience preferred.
- Experience in a sales-driven organization preferred.
- Proven experience networking with and influencing decision makers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Google Drive, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
