About the Role

United Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to assist with decommissioning work related to our Medicaid Management System (MMS). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from start to finish, developing business requirements, building project plans, and executing them on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks and issues.

The Project Manager will also be expected to:

  • Work closely with staff, management, and external organizations to compile and manage project information.
  • Use various project management tools, including SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Develop and maintain key project management documents and artifacts.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in project management in a healthcare insurance IT environment.
  • Experience working with Medicaid or other healthcare claims system(s) IT projects.
  • Project planning experience, including effort estimation on technical tasks and resource allocation.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills, including the ability to give presentations to executive management.
  • Willingsness and ability to effectively engage with people and organizations on a continuous basis.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Prior experience with Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is a plus.

Education

A High School Diploma is required.
