Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst plays a vital role in the SRE, Inc. team, supporting multiple contracts and delivering exceptional consulting services to clients.

Primary duties include:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of current state documentation, data, and systems to identify relevant business and technological needs.
  • Creating business and technical requirements to produce strategic plans, executive reports, and organizational communications.
  • Collaborating independently with minimal supervision, reporting to a Project Manager as needed.
  • Utilizing strong communication and technical skills to produce high-quality reports, graphics, and documentation.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and C-Suite level experts to gather knowledge and produce valuable documentation.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required for this position.

Candidates must possess:

  • Advanced reading, analysis, and interpretation skills for complex documents.
  • A forward-thinking, creative approach with high ethical standards and a professional image.
  • Excellent organizational and self-directed skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Superior communication skills, enabling effective relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced experience with MS Suite/365, internet, and workflow tools.
Compensation and Work Environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000 per year, although compensation decisions consider various factors, including skill sets, experience, and other business needs.

This role is primarily based in the Washington D.C. Metro area, with remote work options available but not guaranteed. Travel expenses are not reimbursed for commutable areas.
