Prestige Elite Marketing Assistant Management Trainee Opportunity

We are a premier marketing and sales firm in the Columbia area, renowned for our culture of success and excellence. As we continue to grow and expand our brand partners, we seek an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Management Trainee.

The primary function of this position is to work closely with senior-level marketing and sales staff, mastering customer acquisition strategies, executing field marketing campaigns, creating sales pipelines, and eventually leading a team throughout the Columbia market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate the sales process by conducting regular meetings with customers to review new telecommunications and product offerings.
  • Generate revenue by closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our partner's latest products and services.
  • Assist in the daily promotion of our partner's offerings.
  • Transition from Assistant Management Trainee to Senior Level Account Manager as you assume more responsibilities regarding sales cycle management and team development.
  • Conduct market research to better understand the market and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train new team members on company systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or leadership roles.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with clients.
  • Adaptability and ability to adjust to different settings.
  • A Business or Management degree is highly preferred.
  • Willingsness to expand your network and create lasting business relationships.
  • A desire to grow and develop with a company on a long-term scale.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and successful marketing firm.
