Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide One-on-One Coaching and Support to patients during their treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
  • Own Outcomes of Patient Treatment, working closely with our medical team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Graduate from Our Paid TMS Training Program, gaining in-depth knowledge of our treatment options and how to effectively communicate with patients.
  • Be the Face of Serenity Healthcare, representing our company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Three Years of Work Experience in Customer Service is necessary, with a strong focus on building rapport with individuals and de-escalating conflicts.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills are essential for effective patient communication and documentation.
  • Basic Math Skills are required for accurate record-keeping and data entry.
