Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at DuploCloud. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing our sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day sales operations activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the management of key CRM objects and data, including leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sales operations platforms and tools.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to sales leadership for better decision-making.
- Train and support the sales team in using CRM and other sales tools effectively.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Salesforce Admin Certification (or equivalent job experience).
- Experience developing deep working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including managing key CRM objects and making process improvements.
- Proficiency with other sales tech tools, such as Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
