About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Analyst to join our team at Fortra. As a Security Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our customers' data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Compliance Support: Provide expert-level support to customers and internal stakeholders on security and compliance-related matters.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Evaluate and respond to customer due diligence requests, surveys, questionnaires, and annual reviews.
  • Policy and Process Alignment: Scope and align policy, controls, and processes with customer request objectives.
  • Remediation and Follow-up: Perform remediations and reply to customer follow-up for security issues.
  • Contract and RFP Review: Review and respond to security sections of customer RFPs and contracts.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Utilize GRC tools to update Fortra security knowledge base and maintain required documentation.
  • Security Compliance and Reputation: Enhance Security Compliance and reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and unique requests.
Requirements
  • Comparable Work Experience: Minimum 2 years direct experience or related background in technical support, risk management, IT security/audit, or relevant experience within the software industry.
  • Security Framework Knowledge: Knowledgeable of security frameworks SOC 2, ISO 27K, CMMC, or NIST CSF.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Familiar with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, and/or GDPR.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytic, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to articulate technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft 365 business applications.
  • Desirable Certifications: Sec+, CySA+, CEH, CCSK, CIA, CISA, CCSP, CISM, CISSP.
