Key Responsibilities:

The Concessions Operations Manager is accountable for managing all concession, vending, mobile, and in-seat service operations for AEG.

  • Assist in the recruitment, scheduling, training, and mentoring of event personnel.
  • Directly oversee event day staff while engaging with customers.
  • Manage and oversee high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Establish and uphold standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling protocols and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory management, and cash control measures.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits and perform reconciliations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with advanced time management and prioritization skills.
  • Must comply with state and city health regulations for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Capability to work in an open-air environment under varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Willingness to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.


Adhere to safe work practices, follow all safety policies and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.


Encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete necessary safety training.

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system on the same day they are reported to you.

Compensation:
$20.00 AEG provides a comprehensive range of benefit programs and services to eligible employees. Benefits include retirement savings plans such as 401(k). Eligibility for part-time/seasonal employee benefits is subject to legal and/or company requirements or limitations.
