Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Cold Station Cook to join our team at The Capital Grille. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook cold food items, salads, and cold appetizers to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assemble and garnish hot and cold desserts to meet our high standards of presentation and quality.
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
