About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and/or cold food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients.
  • Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records.
  • Select recipes per menu cycle, prepare bakery items, and ensure high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on food safety and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
