We're seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Waltham, MA. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our monthly close and invoicing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and send accurate invoices to customers, ensuring timely payment and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Verify invoices for proper documentation and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Support the AR Manager with daily cash management duties, including recording customer bank deposits and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via phone, email, and mail.
  • Manage the credit review process for required customers using D&B.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.
  • Assist the finance department in annual audit preparation.
  • Perform additional financial analyses and projects as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • NetSuite ERP and Salesforce billing experience strongly preferred.
  • D&B credit check experience.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to work as a member of a team.

This position offers a total compensation range of $66,800.00 to $73,800.00, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
