Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is a key role in generating qualified sales leads for the VIPRE malware protection line. This position requires a result-oriented, versatile, and motivated individual to drive and grow business for a region or sector within the US or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate leads in a designated geographical area or business sector.
- Create targeted call lists and thoroughly learn the market as well as products and services.
- Use knowledge of company products and services to promote product sales and accurately document and manage opportunities.
- Transition prospective leads to Territory Account Manager for approval and perform other duties as required.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and CRM.
- Excellent phone presence and ability to present value add for products and services in a concise fashion to generate interest.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication and human relation skills.
- Experience of working within a high-velocity inside sales environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Software Sales.
- HS Diploma required. 2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
