Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center of Excellence team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocate for the needs of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient and family/significant other plans of care in collaboration with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or MSN degree.
