Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center of Excellence team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocate for the needs of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate patient and family education and participate in the development of patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information and changes in patient condition in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
