Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
