Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocate for the needs of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in orthopedic and spine care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
