We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocate for our patients' needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
- Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate patient and family education, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with physician partners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient information and changes in condition in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
