Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with physician partners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and prioritize care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care in orthopedic and spine care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a culture of safety and quality within our department.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
