As a Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance at Danone North America, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company strategy and customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Support and drive key financial and planning processes for Business Units within the Walmart sales division, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Category teams to reconcile top-down and bottom-up planning, track customer P&L, and measure gaps in plans versus budget.
- Forecasting and Data Management: Develop and load an accurate GPS forecast monthly, including prepping files and leading the loading process into systems.
- Problem-Solving and Coordination: Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure sales forecasts are properly recorded and incremental programs are executed as planned, and track refinements to customer plans as iterations occur.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Planning or other relevant experience.
- Skills: Proven Excel skills, strength in working with data across systems, effective communication and interpersonal skills, proactive calendar management and prioritization skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: CPG experience.
- Base Compensation: $75k-92k commensurate with experience.
