Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst - SAP FICO to join our team at Viega LLC. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of SAP ECC/SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business resources to understand and document business requirements for application functionality, reports, customizations, interfaces, and SAP customization.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide independent, relevant, and objective advice on the use of the product.
  • Develop business solutions and work on design and implementation of new SAP S/4 HANA systems.
  • Develop cost-effective processes and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Capture and document systems' end-to-end information flow and ancillary system integration into SAP.
  • Work with business resources to define the overall scope of work for the assigned projects.
  • Work with developers by communicating specs and performing iterative testing to ensure accuracy and compatibility of data.
  • Provide support for business development and maintaining contact with business users and extended IT team.
  • Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members and prepares documentation and training aides; presents and conducts training.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions.
  • Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC.
  • Demonstrated understanding of FICO relationship with other business processes - MM, SD, LE, PP, WM, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Commitment to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of related SAP applications experience required.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and migration from ECC to S/4 HANA is preferred.
Total Rewards Package

Our Total Rewards Package includes:

  • Base: $107,000 to $146,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
