Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. As a key partner to stakeholders across the company, you'll be responsible for analyzing large data sets, providing insights, and making recommendations to support Pass growth strategies, forecasting, and performance insights. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reporting for executive and Marketing stakeholders, leveraging reporting to generate business performance insights.
  • Leverage historical performance, guest insights, and external market trends to set expectations for the Season Pass business.
  • Analyze internal and external data to support strategic planning.
  • Communicate conclusions and recommendations in a clear, concise fashion to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects across a wide range of initiatives and stakeholders, communicating frequently and effectively with your manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated success in analytical or financial roles.
  • Demonstrated success wrangling, querying, curating, and deriving insights from large datasets.
  • Experience with analytical tools/software such as SQL or Snowflake.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development (Tableau or similar).
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication, adjusting message to audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across multiple functions within an organization.
