Job Summary

Key Tasks
  • Evaluate electronic documents to determine their suitability for retention or disposal.
  • Apply knowledge of community development and regulation documentation to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in document review, analysis, and content verification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

As a valued member of our team, you will earn an annual salary between $70,000 - $90,000, depending on your location and level of experience. This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week and onsite 2-3 days per week in Richmond, VA.
