Role Overview
The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership of Global Product Management and Strategy. This position is essential for providing comprehensive executive administrative assistance and overseeing specific projects and initiatives within these teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support, including managing highly active calendars, serving as the primary phone contact, preparing confidential correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Coordinate all logistics for executive meetings, including room reservations, teleconferencing, catering, and other meeting-related details.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely processing of invoices and manage purchase orders through the SAP system.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience at the executive level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, including financial data and strategic business discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Experience with processing Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Demonstrated professionalism in both verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
