Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior MarTech Manager to spearhead our MarTech enablement strategy. This role is pivotal in refining our processes and enhancing the value derived from our marketing technology capabilities. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the MarTech vision and guiding our global markets in leveraging our platforms and data for personalized digital marketing initiatives.

Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Global Director of MarTech and Customer Data Enablement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Articulate the mid- and long-term implications of our MarTech and Data strategies across personnel, processes, and technology.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and training programs for the Global MarTech team in collaboration with relevant partners.
  • Work closely with market leads to assess the utilization of current capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the MarTech upskilling curriculum for both internal and external stakeholders as new capabilities are introduced.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product team on roadmaps and market impact as we outline market sequencing plans.
  • Manage the overall budget for MarTech platform expenses and forecast future usage.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Proven track record in capability deployment, marketer training, and change management.
  • Ability to leverage data and technology to create personalized experiences.
  • Experience in orchestrating owned and paid media strategies utilizing first-party data.
  • Strong storytelling skills to align with critical initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a focus on prioritization across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Marketing Technology, or Data-Driven Marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex organizational structure.
  • Passion for driving innovation and creating personalized experiences at scale.
  • Strong focus on understanding market needs and marketer requirements.
  • Experience with platforms such as Braze and mParticle is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in the quick-service restaurant industry and the McDonald's brand.
