Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Sales and Marketing to join our team at BB Imaging & Healthcare Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to align with company-wide objectives
  • Craft and execute sales and marketing plans to drive brand presence in key markets
  • Target, qualify, and close deals in our target markets
  • Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture while guiding and growing the sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to execute marketing tactics, create sales collateral, and align strategies with key markets
  • Lead execution of 2025 Sales and Marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth, customer diversification, and service excellence
  • Strengthen our footprint in key markets, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Kansas City, Nashville, and West Florida
  • Assist in contract negotiation and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and retention
  • Utilize data-driven insights and sales forecasts to continually improve sales processes and CRM accuracy
  • Partner with the Operations, Finance, and People & Culture teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to maximize ROI
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, managing a team of at least 5 people
  • 5+ years' experience in sales within healthcare services industries
  • Bachelor's degree in business management/development (required); Master's degree (preferred)
  • Solution-selling expertise with track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled at building new client relationships, developing new and existing territory pipelines, and navigating complex healthcare systems
  • Strong problem-solver who can craft and present solutions to clients
  • Comfortable with senior executive-level presentations and negotiations
  • Willing to travel to key markets (Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Atlanta, Nashville, and West Florida)
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A self-motivated leader with a detail-oriented, execution-focused approach
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
