About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Support Technician to join our team at Delta Sonic Car Wash. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our point of sale equipment, back-office computers, and network systems.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance for all point of sale equipment, back-office computers, and network systems.
  • Install and terminate wires and cables as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of Windows programs, networking concepts, PC hardware, and installation.
  • Knowledge of SiteWatch, Radiant, and PDI POS systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot, and think creatively when addressing problems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for a moderate amount of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to frequently lift heavy amounts of weight and climb/work from a ladder, with or without reasonable accommodation.
