ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Management Specialist - Sustainment Support to join our Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) team. The selected candidate will assist in providing sustainment support services globally for over 25,000 vehicles, including the Army's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, or MRAPs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Task Assignment and management staff for program administration and deployment processes.
  • Communicating and coordinating with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, Government (when required), and other groups as needed.
  • Managing, tracking, and accountability of personnel, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CRC scheduling, and visa processing.
  • Issuing LOAs and CACs, processing RIPs and TARs, and assisting with procurement actions.
  • Completing basic administrative duties, data entry, and prioritizing work tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
  • Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents, implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, setting up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with Share Point.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  • Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a (DoD) Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and knee.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
