Position Overview:

As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure environment for both our team members and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the company's assets while contributing to the overall profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure atmosphere for all individuals within the premises.
  • Monitor and report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel to enhance safety measures.
  • Manage traffic flow to ensure safety and orderliness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position requiring 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Security Guard License is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with Bloodborne Pathogen standards and basic CCTV knowledge is preferred.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.
  • Effective oral communication skills are a must.

Daily Decision-Making Examples:

  • Administer First Aid or coordinate medical assistance when required.

Working Conditions:

This role may involve working in various weather conditions and requires frequent walking and standing.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide assistance as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.
