The Wealth Management Associate plays a vital role in assisting the sales and service teams within our Private Wealth division, which encompasses Private Banking, Wealth Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and Portfolio Managers.

In this position, approximately 50% of your responsibilities will involve supporting the daily operations of our Private Banking team, while the other 50% will focus on facilitating Private Wealth meetings for both prospective and existing clients.


Responsibilities:

Private Banking Support:
Drafts letters, memorandums, and reports.

Handles payment processing, advances, and wire transfer requests; assists officers in opening new accounts, maintaining client accounts, and preparing loan documentation.


Assists in researching and resolving customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions with both internal and external clients.

Conducts daily overdraft reviews.

Acts as a contact for the service center when Private Banking representatives are unavailable.

Assists in managing customer data.

Identifies opportunities (such as monitoring large transactions, accounts that should be Private Banking clients, etc.)

Serves as a liaison for marketing and supports new product development.

Private Wealth Sales and Prospect Support:

Prepares materials for client reviews and collaborates with the team on inserts, binding booklets, and meeting preparations.

Creates prospect materials for the field as directed by the sales team. Binds booklets and other materials as needed.

Assists the Chief Investment Strategist with marketing materials focused on thought leadership.

Follows up on new client onboarding and collaborates with the administrative team to ensure a seamless client experience, including follow-up on necessary information for transferring existing assets.

Supports regional teams in organizing client events.

May be responsible for direct outreach to clients for scheduling, follow-up, and paperwork.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Three to five years of experience in a sales support role or another client-facing position is preferred.
