The Opportunity

We are in search of a driven professional to become part of our team as a Senior Wealth Management Associate. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the team to oversee critical elements of client relationships. This position is tailored for individuals with a background in managing client interactions within an investment advisory framework. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing support to senior executives by executing service and support functions such as:
    • Portfolio assessments, trade execution, account management, and preparation for client/prospect meetings
  • Evaluating various non-publicly traded alternative investments (such as real estate and credit) and effectively communicating these strategies to clients
  • Creating performance and asset allocation reports along with suggested portfolio adjustments
  • Delivering exceptional service and formulating tailored financial strategies for both existing and prospective clients
  • Offering investment guidance to clients during meetings with senior executives
  • Engaging with clients to address all aspects of their service requirements:
    • Investigating client inquiries, managing follow-up communications, and conducting quarterly performance evaluations
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in wealth management
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to think critically, foresee challenges, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with operational functions of the business (including new account setups, disbursements, etc.)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills both internally and externally
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, and high-pressure environment
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • CFA, CFP, or CAIA designation is preferred
  • Experience with Fidelity Investments is a plus
  • A "no task is too small" attitude
  • A bachelor's degree is required
Compensation

The total compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonuses, is $135,000-$175,000, based on skills and experience.
