CAPTRUST is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and providing independent advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client projects, requests, and reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate client meetings and calls to gather information for financial planning projects and input data into financial planning software.
  • Prepare for client meetings by seeking centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, and economic forecasts.
  • Implement changes, adjustments, and portfolio rebalances for client portfolios with CAPTRUST's research and trading teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between the team and other CAPTRUST departments to ensure high levels of communication and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • CFP or ability to obtain the Certified Financial Planner designation within 24 months of hire date.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • High standard of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Securities licenses series 65, 66, 7.
