Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Superstar Producer to join our Property & Casualty sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective business strategies, identifying new prospects, and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of generating new business, providing exceptional client experiences, and possessing superior written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- 3-5 years prior professional experience as a Sales Professional
- Ability to work with C-suite executives
- Superior presentation, promotion, and sales techniques
