Key Responsibilities
  • Active listening and negotiation with patients to resolve outstanding balances
  • Collecting payments and providing clear explanations of billing processes
  • Utilizing software to navigate and resolve billing issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance
  • Understanding of HIPAA
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
