We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Lead to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our Financial Center team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds customer expectations.

Collaborate with Financial Center Managers to achieve sales and service goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retail products and services, effectively referring customers to the right solutions.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.

Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail banking or customer service a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
