Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in resolving their medical balances through negotiation and collection of payments
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for patients

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in healthcare billing and finance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Ability to learn new software quickly
