We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Complete Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily billing, quality control of patient claims, and following up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and submit claims in a timely manner for assigned offices
  • Post checks for assigned offices and ensure accurate posting
  • Upload documents to patient accounts as needed
  • Review and correct posting discrepancies
  • Complete assigned actions and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
  • Review and complete aging for assigned offices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices
  • Knowledge of computer programs and business office procedures
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Working Conditions

This is a normal office environment with occasional overtime required. The successful candidate must be well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
