About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboarding Manager to join our Revenue Onboarding team at Dialpad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering world-class onboarding programs for our revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to design and deliver training content.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Manage and maintain all training materials, resources, and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Advocate for updates to on-demand courses and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver ongoing new hire communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage peer mentoring and stakeholder logistics for in-person training sessions.
  • Maintain knowledge of Dialpad's communications products and internal processes, ensuring a deep understanding of our sales process and GTM tech stack.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales and/or sales enablement role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Program management experience, with a focus on training and development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Mastery of Google Suite and experience with tools such as Highspot, LearnUpon, and Articulate Rise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on logistics and administrative tasks.
