Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (required); Master's degree or advanced technical/business degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical or management experience.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Proven leadership, management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical or business information to different audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to support customer meetings, design reviews, and collaboration with additional business units.
