Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Crème Collective. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Define and refine clients' unique value propositions, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and distinguish the brand from competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy for clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform brand decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Beauty industry experience and proficiency required.
  • Wellness industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in brand marketing management, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with Klayvio email marketing platform and social media management platforms.
  • A passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
