Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee AV/IT projects with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV/IT installation and construction standards, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding our company's core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage all aspects of AV/IT projects, including milestone-based project planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
    • Ensure adherence to safety measures and AV/IT core processes throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction during the installation phase.
    • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the installation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience installing and troubleshooting AV/IT systems.
  • Systems knowledge and experience with Crestron controls, Audio DSP configuration, AV/IT networking, CCTV CMS, VoIP, and VTC Communication Systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-based project management and construction methodology.
  • AV/IT-related technical degree or AVIXA CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) certification.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities.
