- Event Management:
- Organize and schedule preparatory meetings to ensure comprehensive planning and execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes and gather constructive feedback.
- Assist in formulating departmental strategies, objectives, and policies.
- Coordinate schedules among team members and stakeholders.
- Communication Oversight:

- Regularly update and manage the email distribution list and database to ensure accurate contact information.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and schedule meetings for the Business Development team, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
- Strategic Meeting Preparation:

- Disseminate overview communications to keep the team updated on meeting agendas and results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business development or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination.
- Ability to communicate project milestones and provide ongoing guidance to the project team.
- Proficient in managing high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance is required.
