  • Event Management:

  • Communication Oversight:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business development or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Ability to communicate project milestones and provide ongoing guidance to the project team.
  • Proficient in managing high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Eligibility for U.S. security clearance is required.
