Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support, ensuring world-class service at every touchpoint.
- Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key operational performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Project Management: Perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Scheduling and Cost Management: Produce schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products, and use procedures for relating costs and risks to schedule and technical performance.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of problems associated with complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide management advice and assistance to department management and personnel, and respond to inquiries about projects.
- Project Review and Coordination: Chair various project review and pre-submittal meetings, and establish and maintain liaison as required with boards, committees, and commissions.
- Departmental Support: Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, and coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successful team and project management.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Project and Server, in-depth understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Certifications: Agile Experience (Scrum Sprints), Engineering/Technical Project Management Experience, Experience with Government flow downs to subcontractors, Knowledge with C-SCRM.
- Software Proficiency: MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
- Travel Requirements: Willing to travel based on individual project needs.
- Clearance: Must be willing to obtain Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Certifications: PMP certification, Proficiency in SmartSheet, Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Industry Experience: Experience in one or multiple of the following areas: ERP, Change Management, CMMC, CMMI, Cybersecurity, ISO, PMO, Project Scheduling, Unanet.
