Regional Property Manager

Holland Partner Group is seeking a seasoned Regional Property Manager to lead our multi-family property management teams across Seattle and Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining all phases of property operations, ensuring compliance with our Core Values and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and support the Point of Sales process to ensure compliance with the program.
- Monitor property performance, including income and expenses.
- Supervise Property Managers and ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and prepare annual budgets, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly variance and forecast reports for asset management.
- Maintain awareness of compliance status with internal departments and ensure adherence to Fair Housing practices and Landlord-Tenant laws.
- Monitor customer service and resident satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Direct new construction lease-up activities and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years multi-site property management experience required; asset management exposure, client relationship, experience with fee-based and third-party properties, and capital management experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates, including Property Managers and residents.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel and work flexible hours, including overnight stays.
