Job Description

Haven Property Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including tenant placement, move-in and move-out processes, and ongoing tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including tenant placement, move-in and move-out processes, and ongoing tenant relations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard.
  • Process lease renewals and manage turn work.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate license for the appropriate state of business.
  • Personal computer with access to Microsoft Office products.
  • Personal cellular phone.
  • Drivers license with reliable transportation.
  • Understanding of AppFolio, Microsoft Teams, and Office software programs.
  • Solution based out of the box thinking.
Benefits:
  • Flexible work from home options available.
  • $4,500.00 per month.
  • Flat $4000 monthly salary as well as a percentage of tenant placement fees collected on properties managed.
