About the Role

CareerPaths NW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the company's expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the heavy lifting equipment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from the marine, timber, and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including invoicing and fabrication, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wire rope or rigging industry.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow into leadership roles.
