Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to resolve staff issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Serve as primary contact for installation and maintenance of new and existing desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data security protocols and procedures.
- Promptly enter, track, update, and resolve IT issues or service requests via the IT Service Desk software.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all areas of information technology utilized by Greater Nevada.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 6 months of IT troubleshooting experience.
- Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 experience preferred.
- Active Directory knowledge preferred.
- Hardware/software installation/support experience preferred (A+ certificate or like certificate desired).
We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000.00-$67,000.00 per year, dependent on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, health savings account contributions, supplemental insurance, and life insurance plans. We also offer paid time off, including vacation and sick time, 12 annual paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 floating wellness day, and sabbatical leave after every seven years of employment.
