NuAxis LLC is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support to our mobile and technologically equipped workforce. Your responsibilities will include helping desk operations, escalating requests to support partners, and serving as a primary point of communication for the status of pending requests and service outages. You will also be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting IPads, tablets, and mobile devices, as well as supporting end-user desktops and laptops. Additionally, you will track server activity, perform software upgrades, maintain computer hardware, and address technical questions. Key Responsibilities:

* Help Desk Operations: Provide highly specialized and responsive support to a mobile and technologically equipped workforce.
* Escalate requests to support partners throughout the Service and vendor support teams.
* Serve as a primary point of communication for the status of pending requests, service outages, and maintenance activities within the IT environment.
* Desktop, laptop, and Mobile Device Support: Deploy, manage, and support IPads, tablets, and mobile devices.
* Server Support: Track server activity, perform software upgrades, maintain computer hardware, and address technical questions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
