Job Title: Account Manager

Landis+Gyr AG is a leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in maximizing revenue from key client accounts and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain Account: Provide monthly reports on performance against budget, forecast, and projected figures. Monitor in-house procedures through key performance indicators and minimize exposure to risk.
  • Build Account: Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans regarding one or a small number of client accounts to achieve sales revenue/sales quota targets.
  • Grow Account: Seek out sales opportunities for Landis+Gyr products and services in the sales region, formulate, and implement strategies and plans for securing those sales opportunities.
  • Team Member and Support: Provide motivation, direction, and counselling to the staff of the Sales and Customer Service Department.
  • Site Specific Duties: Perform routine quality and safety audits to ensure site compliance with the quality and safety management system.
  • Corporate Citizenship: Manage Energy Better: Consciously drive for continuous improvement in reusing, recycling, or reducing waste.
Requirements:
  • Advanced communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (PC and mainframe).
  • Ability to influence those responsible for activities which affect the outcomes of our processes.
  • Proven time management.
  • Experience in the Gas and Electricity industry.
