Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new customers in mid/large financial services and Fintech companies in North America.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue potential
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts
- Convert qualified leads and prospects into sales
- Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement overall sales strategies to drive positive business outcomes for our clients
- Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both RDC and its solutions to differentiate our capabilities from competitors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate training materials and stay current on enablement tracks and competency development
- Direct and prioritize your own work while providing accurate and timely forecasts in Salesforce
- Drive creative business development activities to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the competitive landscape to facilitate business dialogue with C-level contacts and their teams
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of RDC solutions and know when to engage pre-sales/technical assistance; collaborate with internal teams to strategize on deal activities
- Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
