We seek a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the region. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors
• Develop and maintain a robust network of clients and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and execute plans
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of local markets and customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience. Production/Stagehand experience is a plus. Travel will be approximately 50-60% of the time. This role is based in Chicago, IL, but involves extensive travel nationwide. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits.
